Vote for RPM! (Not Pedro.)

Kriser’s, a national all-natural pet food, supplies and grooming retailer, is expanding into Texas with their first store opening here in Houston on February 8. As Kriser’s moves into our neighborhood, they’ve invited RPM not only to celebrate their grand opening, but also to initiate their commitment to the Houston pet community.

We’re proud to be one of the pet rescues participating in Kriser’s Cares — a contest where Houstonians are encouraged to attend the Kriser’s Houston grand opening and vote on their favorite animal shelter or rescue. The nonprofit or shelter group that gets the most votes will receive 10% of the day’s profits from pet food sales.

Kriser’s sets out to help our furry friends (and their parents) live the BEST possible lives. That’s why everything you’ll find in their stores — from food to toys to grooming services — is completely natural and free of the harmful chemicals, by-products and unnecessary fillers typically found in pet food and products.

Their commitment is to all pets’ health, and we’re thrilled that this organization is expanding to impact more furry family members than EVER before.

We hope you’ll stop by 5160 Buffalo Speedway Saturday, February 8 to vote for RPM in Kriser’s Cares. You and your furry family will also enjoy the special offers and fun activities Kriser’s is hosting all weekend long, including:

• Limited-time-only discounts on grooming services and products (February 8 and 9)
• A chance to win a $300 shopping spree
• The first 25 people in line for the Saturday morning opening (10 a.m.) will be eligible to win a $300 shopping spree.
• FREE photos of pet parents with their dogs or cats (11am–4pm February 8 only)
• FREE nail trimming for four-legged friends (February 8 and 9)
• FREE pet ID tags (February 8 and 9)
• In-store contests and giveaways galore (February 8 and 9)

We hope we’ll see you and your furry families on February 8. Let’s all take another step to make pets healthy and happy all over Houston!

Selma is in rehab. It’s a good thing.

Thank you, Dr. Wall and everybody at the Veterinary Center for Pain Management and Rehabilitation for helping RPM puppy Selma recover from a former injury to her paw. The goggles are to protect her eyes from a therapeutic laser. She also uses a treadmill, swims in a pool, among other forms of therapy, and we hear everyone there thinks Selma is the cutest and sweetest thing since apple pie. We agree, and really appreciate everything they’re doing for Selma!
