On Saturday, RPM, BARC, and volunteers once again loaded the bus, allowing thirty-three dogs to leave death row for new homes in Colorado. We love sharing their photos with you so you can experience the happiness of knowing better days lie ahead for these sweethearts.
Miss Angie was the first pup on site today. She already has a new family waiting for her. She took her toy along for the ride.
Thanks, everybody, for the energy, enthusiasm, hard work, and donuts that made it a great morning.
This is Clyde. One of our board members was at BARC picking up cats one day when she saw Clyde looking at her through the window. Though he was heartworm positive, she knew Clyde should be saved and took him with her. He was immediately adopted by a family in Colorado. Clyde loves hiking with his new family and is pictured here with Mt. Evans in the background.
We love sharing our success stories with all of you who are so supportive of Rescued Pets Movement.
RPM is rescuing little Angie from BARC today as she was set to be put to sleep over the weekend. She is a 6 month old lab puppy and just 24lbs. She is spayed, up to date on shots and all ready to go home. She will be picked up from BARC today and head to our vet to be checked out and then will be ready to go. She has a foster home with other labbie brothers and sisters waiting for her in Colorado and together, we can save her sweet little life. Here is where we need your help:
1. Can someone temporary foster this little one for the week? We plan to send her on our CO run next week. It’s so hard on puppies to sit in boarding (and an expense that can be better used to save the life of another dog or cat who can go to CO).
2. Need $50 to sponsor for her ride to CO – can anyone be her rescue angel and sponsor her? Or maybe a few people can come together to sponsor her.
Please email me at email@example.com if you can help foster her. To donate for her, please visit us at www.rescuedpetsmovement.org
Angie and your friends at RPM want to thank you so much for being part of the animal rescue community and coming together to save so many lives!!
Please find below a flyer about donations to Rescued Pets Movement. Click on the photo for a larger version so you can read about our various levels of giving and how your monetary gift will help us help the dogs and cats at BARC get on the road to better lives. Please feel free to save the image file to your computer so you can share it on Facebook, Twitter, or the social media site of your choice. Also, please print copies of the flyer to give to your friends, frenemies, work colleagues, and the annoying people who knock on your door when you’re trying to watch Buffy on Netflix.
