As a big, black pittie, Peanut didn’t stand much of a chance of finding a family of his own in Houston. He waited in the shelter for days and no one showed even a little interest in him but we knew Peanut was a good boy that deserved a good life!
We went to work finding a rescue partner willing to find him a forever family. Our friends at Farfel’s Farm stepped up and we scooped him up from the shelter just in time! We are thrilled to say Peanut found his forever family over the weekend. He even has a brother that could be his long lost twin. We are so happy he has nothing but brighter days ahead!
Why I Foster…
“We started fostering after our personal pets all passed as we hope to travel extensively. Fostering fills the void when we are home and our goal is to fill them with love before their journey. It’s always hard to let go but the posts from other fosters make you know that you are not alone. Plus, there’s always another to help. RPM has made such a difference for Houston area animals. I always feel supported and heard.”
