Partner With Rescued Pets Movement

Saving Lives, One Transport at a Time

Are you a rescue or shelter looking to expand your impact? Join us in our mission to save thousands of at-risk pets through safe, ethical, and medically sound transport. We are actively seeking new receiving partner organizations who are ready to help give these animals the future they deserve.

Why Partner with RPM

Proven, Professional Transport

  • Since 2013, Rescued Pets Movement has saved over 96,000 animals with the help of 50+ receiving partner organizations in communities where demand for adoptable pets exceeds the supply.
  • We conduct weekly long-distance transports using climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter vans.
  • All animals travel with Certificates of Veterinary Inspection and detailed care records.
  • We manage logistics from start to finish so your team can focus on placement.

No Partner Fees

  • RPM does not charge partner organizations to receive animals.
  • The only exceptions are optional add-ons, such as delivery of heartworm prevention or specific prescription requests.
  • Our goal is to remove barriers, not create them.

A Partnership Built On Trust

  • RPM coordinates all veterinary care, transport planning, and communication.
  • If a placement does not work out, we will take the animal back at any time for any reason.
  • Our program is fully PACFA-licensed and meets or exceeds AVMA guidelines.
  • We currently work with over 50 trusted partners and maintain long-standing rescue relationships.

Medically Ready Animals

  • Many pets arrive fully vetted, including age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, deworming, etc.
  • Animals are treated at our in-house clinic or by trusted veterinary partners.
  • We provide quarantine care for conditions like parvovirus, ringworm, and upper respiratory infections.
  • Our team specializes in medical cases, neonates, seniors, and high-risk pets with strong adoption potential.

Expanding Network

  • Currently transporting to Colorado and Illinois.
  • Actively working to develop new transport routes and seeking partners in other states such as New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Oregon, Washington, and Delaware.
  • Our flexible systems are built to scale safely and efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

  • Licensed 501(c)(3) rescue groups and municipal shelters in the Northeast, Midwest, Pacific Northwest, or Mid-Atlantic Region where local adoption demand outweights the local pets in need.
  • Capacity to receive dogs and cats; available pets in need are of various sizes, breeds, ages, and medical conditions.
  • Interest in increasing adoption foot traffic and engaging the public by providing more variety of adoptable pets. For example, if your community has a shortage of small dogs or puppies, RPM can help. We regularly transport highly adoptable puppies, small breeds, and unique mixed-breed animals. These pets often generate more public interest and can help bring adopters into your shelter or rescue, which also increases adoption rates of the pets already in your care.
  • Organizations that share our commitment to ethical care and positive outcomes.

Each week, thousands of adoptable pets in Houston face euthanasia simply due to overcrowding in our local municipal shelter. With your help, we can give them a second chance. All they need is a receiving partner to find them a forever home. We will handle the rest!
